Introduction

The developer (hereinafter "we") understands how important personal information is to you. Following applicable laws and regulations, this app is designed under the principles of "minimum necessity" and "no collection by default", and this policy explains in plain language how the app handles information.

This policy applies to all versions and all features of the 自由拼豆 app (hereinafter "this app"). Please read and understand it before use, and start using the app only after you fully understand and agree to it. Every processing action described in this policy takes place solely on your own device.

1. We collect no personal information

1. This app does not use the network. It has no network communication capability and uploads or downloads nothing to or from any server, so there is no data sharing, transfer, provision to third parties, or delegated processing. The Android package declares no Internet permission.
2. This app contains no third-party SDKs, analytics tracking or ad components. We do not collect, through any channel, your device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA, OAID, etc.), location, contacts, call logs, app lists or clipboard contents, and we do no user profiling or personalized recommendations.
3. This app has no account system. All features work without registration or login; we collect no phone number, email or any other account information.
4. App Store privacy label: this app corresponds to Apple's "Data Not Collected" label.

2. How content you actively provide is handled

1. Pictures you pick from the photo library: read temporarily in device memory only, to generate the bead pattern locally. Pictures are not saved outside the app, not uploaded, and never seen by us.
2. Works and custom palettes you create: stored in the app's private local directory (sandbox), visible and deletable only by you.

3. Permissions

This app requests and uses only the following permission, and only when you actively act:

1. We read the chosen picture only at the moment you select it, and never scan or read any photo you did not select.
2. This app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, Bluetooth, notifications or any other permissions.
3. You may turn off photo-library access in system settings at any time; this only affects the picture picker and no other feature.

4. Data storage and security

1. The bead works, custom palettes and settings you create are stored only in the app's private directory on your device. That directory is isolated by the system sandbox and inaccessible to the developer.
2. We run no servers and no cloud storage; there is no cloud backup and no risk of server-side data leakage.
3. After uninstalling the app, the local data above is deleted by the system and cannot be recovered. For works you care about, back them up yourself via the in-app export feature.
4. The first-launch agreement consent state is stored on the device as a local marker file, which likewise contains no personal information.

5. Protection of minors

This app is a purely local tool that collects no user information (including minors') and has no social, top-up or in-app purchase features. Minors may use it normally with a guardian's consent and guidance; guardians can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the app.

6. Your rights over personal information

Personal information protection laws (such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China) grant you rights to access, copy, correct, delete and withdraw consent. Because this app never collects any personal information in the first place, those rights are satisfied to the fullest extent:

• Control over the app's data is control over your device: view, modify and delete works and palettes in the app at any time;
• Uninstalling the app deletes, once and completely, all data it has produced — no request to us needed;
• If you believe the app violates this policy, feel free to report it via the contact at the end; we will respond within 15 working days.

7. Changes to this policy

1. If the app's current form (fully offline, no collection) changes — for example if networking features or data-collecting capabilities are introduced in the future — we will prominently notify you in the app of the substantive change and enable the relevant features only after your explicit consent.
2. Whenever the policy changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. We recommend reviewing this policy after each app update.

8. Governing law

This policy is made and executed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, and other applicable laws and regulations of your region.
